The virus, I'm sure, will ultimately kill you. Though like with every illness it would have stages. So if we need to plan the virus out now, we could have it go Hallucinations > Paralysis > Coma > Death. I'm not too keen on the alter ego and the eye changes. But if you mean alter ego as in personality/mental stability, sure, then it could work. People who have a serious illness tend to become fairly depressed, so why not with this virus make it "light" rage? Let me look up some mental disorders and I'll post 'em. Edit: Nix the rage idea, how about Paranoid Personality Disorder? I just sorta got the image of someone trying to give an ill person an antidote and them thinking they trying to kill them. So it's more like Paranoid Delusions. And on a completely different note, I came across Shared Psychotic Disorder and it seemed interesting. -shrugs- n___n;

I did mean like another personality...I was thinking like bi-polar disorder. I like that the virius has stages. When someone is infected in our group at different times, the different stages people will be in would make it interesting. But how would the virius spread? Would it be airbourne or you have you have contact like to an open wound? The eye changes was an idea. *shrugs* Cause that is what we're here for. The idea of something physical hinting that a person is infected. But it might be better if we didn't know we were infected until we were. Unless you want to have the infected have a physical attribute that labels them.
